Great Place!!! Every week (Life’s Closet an Vintage Clothing Store) holds a scavenger hunt. This week the location was at the James Terrell (ASU) SkySpace. Thank You For The Incredible Art and Great Staff!!!!

Very cool art piece - admittedly, I love james Turrell and this piece does not disappoint. Very peaceful and serene setting, my only tiny little annoyance was the parking situation - the only parking available (that I could find anyway) was in a paid garage close by but really nbd. Definitely want to come back at night when it’s light up.

If you lay there long enough just staring into space, the sky begins to take on a 3 Dimensional shape and it looks like the sky is a giant box being slowly lowered through the ceiling. It was so peaceful being here.

Lovey art installation!! I really love the feeling that I get, just relaxing enjoying the different feeling every color evokes. I recommend you stop by yourself and enjoy it.

The sky becomes a minimalist painting. Best enjoyed laying down in the center at sunset.

Been wanting to see this for years and finally made it there! A unique, contemplative space that is a must see for contemporary art lovers.

One of the best iterations of Turrell’s skyspaces. It’s great to come right after sunset, while the light seems to change more slowly after it gets dark.

Very cool art installation! The best time to go is right at dusk, just as the sun goes down. The sky looked so many different colors when juxtaposed with the lights on the ceiling! Be aware that there is sometimes homeless activity in the area, but the art is very much worth a visit!
